Before installing the letters, we lay them out on templates making sure that everything is correct, i.e. spelling, spacing, etc...

After checking the layouts, we insert threaded studs into the back side of the letters. These will act as the stud mounts for the letters.

After the studs are all inserted, holes are drilled in the sign using a template that matches the stud pattern. After this, we use some adhesives and a little finesse to end up with what you see here.

We use the same process for the plaques that we used for the letters.
|
Because of their size and weight, once the plaques are installed we use supports until the adhesives have cured. It usually takes no longer than 2 hrs for the curing process.

And after a long days work, you get rewarded with the finished product.
