All it takes is one simple glance to develop an opinion on the business, their level of professionalism, their service, and even the person attending the show. In any event it is important to realize that attendees and other vendors judge you and your booth in the same way!
Before attending your next event, set up your trade show booth in a well lit area and try taking on a new perspective. Imagine you are attending a show and that you are the ideal customer standing in front of that very booth. Now ask yourself... What does this business do? What will this business do for me? Do they look professional? Would I buy from them? Then, ask coworkers, friends, and family members for their feedback as well. Inevitably this will help you think of better ways to market your business.

1. Are my pictures, graphics, and logos clear and professional?
2. Are my services easy to follow and interpret if I knew nothing about this business?
3. Is the booth bright enough to see the displays from 10 feet away?
4. What is most memorable about my company?
5. Is it easy to transport and set up this booth?
