Currently looking for Customer Service Representative
25-40 hours per week
We are a nationwide company providing professionally designed signage for every business need. We utilize the latest technology in digital printing to produce any design, text or logo on various materials, signs, and marketing media.
Job Description:
Customer Service - Initial contact with walk-in customers and answering phones, Following up with customers on jobs in production and completed jobs.
Marketing Cold calling, direct mail campaigns, email blasts
Additional duties Light production and various jobs around the office e.g. cleaning, organizing, etc.
Qualified Candidates Profile:
We are looking for someone who is out-going and enjoys working with people, desires fast paced multi-task work environment. Background in Customer Service and/or Sales is a plus. Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) as well as communication and organizational skills. Basic measuring and math skills are required.

Experience Required:
Attention to Detail, Problem Solving Skills, Accuracy, Quality, and Customer Service are the most important requirements. Candidates must have a proven track record of accomplishment and experience in these areas.
No previous sign or visual communication industry related experience is required; we provide all initial and ongoing training for the qualified candidate. Candidates must have the ability to take measurements and recommend sign solutions for customers. Computer skills related to Illustrator & PhotoShop are a plus but not required for Customer Service Representative Position.
