Manager/Designer - Amber W.

Amber has been with SBT Fridley since 2004.  She has a degree in Graphic Design from Brown College and extensive experience creating effective signs and graphics.  She is an expert at operating our varied production equipment and seeing that your jobs are done right and on time. 

Production Manager -  John P.

John has been with SBT Fridley since 2006.  He has a comprehensive background in graphic design, building a broad variety of signs, and using many different materials and techniques to fabricate effective visual communication products.  

Owner -  Jim Kaczrowski  

 Jim opened SBT Fridley in the summer of 2000, after 20 years of working in "Corporate America." His degree is in Business Administration.  His background extends to the executive management level, serving as Vice President  - Customer Services for ITI, one of the nations fastest growing companies in the late 1980's and early 1990's, prior to it's acqusition by General Electric.

He has been active in coaching/managing youth soccer teams for a number of years and has served as a board member and committee member for non-profit youth organizations.

Customer's gain from Jim's broad background and extensive business experience.  He understands the visual communication needs of both small and large businesses and helps develop effective solutions designed to meet the organizations needs an budget.
