I just wanted to let you know what a gem you have in your manager Kathy! It isn't very often that you feel you just experienced service far beyond your expectation, and when you do, I feel it is only right to let the "brass" know about it. Not only was Kathy knowledgeable, creative, and informed, she treated me as if my project was the most important task in the house... (and I knew that she was extremely busy with customer deadlines in the back). She has a warm genuine smile. I wasn't rushed. She had great suggestions and a cool sense of humor. She delivered on her promise, called me to be certain everything was okay, and when I picked up the board, she made sure I was pleased with the way it turned out.
