Dear Susan,

This past Friday night we experienced one of those emergencies that arise from time to time in our business.  I knew when I called "Signs By Tomorrow" that it was after your normal business hours but was suprised when you personally answered the phone.  I was really expecting a recording to give me your actual business hours. Not only did you work out a solution for me for Saturday morning, but you called back and said that the signage would be ready Friday night. I believe in less than an hour from the initial call I had the signs in hand and was on my way to the shop to correctly label our trucks to meet federal DOT-FMCSA compliance regulations. This allowed us to continue our operations for the weekend without delay.

I wanted to personally thank you for your quick response to meet our needs.  As I stated to you on Friday night, this is the reason that we keep coming back to your business. All too often we focus on what doesn't go right in today's business world and forget the recognition for going above and beyond the customer's expectations.  Thank you again for reacting so quickly to our needs.

   Many thanks for the assistance you gave me with this bicycle restoration project.  You perfectly reproduced that factory graphics which had been discontinued by the bicycle manufactuer many years ago.

   I usually work on vintage motorcycles. This was my first attempt at a bicycle. I am passionate about my restorations and always attempt to use the highest quality materials and put forth the extra mile to ensure a beautifully finished product. This bicycle restoration was documented from start to finish on one of the most popular bicycle restoration sites on the internet. It generated a lot of interest from restorers around the world. Two of the most common comments I received were that I had "mad skills" and that the reproduction graphics you produced were so true to the originals.
