Ben Brackney has worked in the sign industry for the last eight years in a variety of different capacities, namely customer service and production.  He has a bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from York College of Pennsylvania, and uses his background in customer service and knowledge of signage to benefit his clients.

 Wayne Fuhrman has been involved in the sign industry for the past thirteen years, and has expertise in sign design, production, installation, and consultation.  Prior to working with signs, he gained twenty years experience working in Quality Assurance in the defense industry.  Wayne holds an associate's degree in Art & Design from Penn State University.  Wayne's primary focus is to provide each client with quality designs and products.

Both Ben and Wayne are originally from Hanover, PA, and met while working together at a sign shop similar to this one in Hanover.  They both knew that they wanted to take their understanding of the sign industry to the next level by owning their own shop, and Signs By Tomorrow right here in Lancaster was a great fit.  Ben & Wayne have owned Signs By Tomorrow Lancaster since February of 2005, and they've thoroughly enjoyed becoming part of the thriving business community of Lancaster County.
