Our Production Manager, Tracy Baran, graduated with a degree in media arts from the Illinois Institute of Art. Tracy has worked in the graphic design industry for seven years. During that time, she worked extensively on large format design and printing. In addition, Tracy worked in the computer technology arena for several years where she became an expert at troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

 Our Customer Service Representative, Melissa Nelson, is currently enrolled at the College of DuPage and is pursuing her bachelor's degree.  Melissa's previous work experiences included customer service positions in various industries.

Kimberly Pede is owner and has been in the convention and tradeshow industry for thirteen years. She worked for the Radiological Society of North America as Director of Meetings and for the Freeman Decorating Company as Director of Account Administration. Most recently, Kimberly was General Manager and Director of Project Management for TMA Resources, a full service software company that provides solutions to member-centric organizations. Kimberly has an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
