Very often we listen to customers complain about service.  It is so easy to be put on hold, asked to wait a minute, get disconnected from a call and wait days for a quote.

Today I wanted to contact you to share an exceptional service experience with your stores.

Yesterday I contacted Melanie Amorim the store manager at 400 Old Colony Road in Norton Massachusetts. I explained to Melanie what I was looking for and immediately sent her an email of the signs/title boards that I needed.   (Keep in mind that I sent my first quote two days earlier to another vendor (no response), a second vendor earlier that day (no response) and was feeling pretty unsatisfied with the service provided by those two other vendors.)  From the time Melanie received my email (as we were on the phone) it took at most 5 minutes to have pricing and delivery information – the proof arrived within 30 minutes.  It doesn’t get any better than this…….I wanted to convey this story to you both so that you can pass on a “Fantastic Job” to Melanie and the associates at this store location.  I will be back with more business due to this exceptional service.

Hi, Just writing to thank you so much for letting Mel spend so much time with me to design signs that I will love.  Obviously, signs are permanent and are a financial investment.  Because of that I am very fussy (as you know) in terms of the look and getting the right message and feel out in a visually pleasing way.
I know you probably don't spend this much time with many customers and I appreciate it.  I am very big on customer service in my business (soon to be plural) and really appreciate it when someone else treats me that way.   I will continue to refer you to other businesses as well as use you for my own!!! Hi, Just letting you know that I’ll put a check in the mail to you tomorrow for this, from me not CSM.  Also I wanted to let you know that we raised a little over $4,000 for the Marine Captain’s wife and children during the Thanksgiving game!  The signs that you printed up for me came out fantastic and worked very well, so Thank You again. 
We also had a very successful Jamfest basketball tournament and were able to double our annual donation to the Alex Blasé Scholarship foundation – that was the schedule poster you did for me.
