Dorothy is a Civil/Structural Engineer with over a decade of experience in Quality Assurance on Federal Government contracts, most recently for the US Army Chemical Weapons Disposal Program. Her expertise in process improvement and attention to detail make her ideally suited to oversee all operations at Signs By Tomorrow Richmond.
Scotty Hager, VP Sales
Prior to coming to Signs By Tomorrow, Scotty started the State & Local Homeland Security and Emergency Management Business Unit for General Physics Corporation and served as its Director for three years. Notable projects that his Business Unit won included a multi-year statewide counter-terrorism and terrorism prevention exercise program for Tennessee and emergency management support operations for the City of New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. He provides our clients with a vision of what is possible and the confidence in knowing that the job will get done.
John Mitchell, Production Manager
John attended the College of William & Mary, majoring in Information Technology prior to joining SBT-Richmond. He is responsible for oversight of production operations beginning with file prep and ending with graphics installation. Johns knowledge of printing technologies and IT allow him to maximize the effectiveness of our systems in producing high-quality graphic solutions for our clients.
Andy Vasconcellos, Graphic Designer
Andy is the old-timer on the team. He has served in almost every role in the business since joining SBT-Richmond in 1999, and has settled in as the Lead Designer. He is an expert in every phase of design and production, and is also a certified vehicle graphics installer.
