Deborah Hyman - Owner

Deborah has owned and operated our shop for over a decade. She purchased this franchise as a way to capitalize on her years of sales and customer service experience. Under her constant care and supervision, our shop continues to be among the franchise leaders in sales and customer service. 

Deborah received a BA from Fairleigh Dickenson University in education. She had a short stint teaching fifth grade in Atlantic City, NJ and Alexandria, VA. She left teaching to pursue a career in corporate sales. She found her home with EU Services, a well respected local printing and mailing company. After 16 very successful years, she was ready to take a leap of faith and, in the entrepreneurial spirit, bought her franchise.

Michael Doyle - Senior Graphic Designer

Michael comes from a long line of attractive, well-spoken, cognitively astute illustrators. He came to SBT in 2006 so he could provide his strength, frighteningly good looks and character to the sign industry. In his spare time he dances, acts, and sings on street corners for attention. Always willing to help out, but refusing to lend money, he is a welcomed breath of fresh air to an industry that sometimes supports innovation instead of dashingly good looks. If you see Michael in D.C. offer him a Jack & Coke. In return, he'll share with you an entertaining tale of daring-do ... not necessarily his, but entertaining nonetheless!
 

 

Chris Samford - Customer Service Mgr. 

Chris came to SBT in January of 2012 with over 20 years of experience in Sales/Customer Service with a large direct mailing company.  A 3rd generation native Washingtonian, he grew up in Montgomery County and lives in Rockville with his wife and two daughters.  Chris enjoys a good beer, a good cigar and a good laugh.  His hobbies include rooting for the Redskins, golfing and waiting for his children to move out of the house.

 

 

Inmer Chicas - Production Specialist

 

Inmer has been working with us since graduating high school in 2011. He and his wife are the proud parents of their toddler daughter, Mia, and newborn son, Michah.

Inmer has the magic touch when it comes to making signs. He takes pride in his work and willing does whatever is necessary to get the job done. In addition to being a great Dad, he is the perfect co-worker. He's funny, clever, smart, and always at the ready to help his friends. Inmer has his sights on specializing as a radiation technologist. Hopefully, he'll received his certificate in the next two years.

 

Rodrigo Rojas - Production Specialist

Every business needs a computer wiz kid on staff. Rodrigo has built or refurbished all of our computers. He has saved us hundreds of dollars thanks to his talents. When not working on our computers, you'll find him in our production department crafting our customers' signs.

He has the passion to learn and is furthering his education at a local college where he is excelling in the humanities. Anthropology is one of his favorite subjects.
