Zach Davis has been in the Tampa Bay area for over 13 years. Until 2003, Zach was a Field Service Director with the Gulf Ridge Council of the Boy Scouts of America serving an eight county area. He was responsible for fundraising (both private and corporate), volunteer recruitment and training, and management of district executives. Zach's main focus was selling Scouting to the community. He greatly values the experience he gained and the relationships he formed during his time with the Boy Scouts organization.

Leslie Davis is a Florida native, growing up in Clearwater and returning to Tampa after finishing college. She worked with the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 15 years.

Zach and Leslie have lived in South Tampa since marrying in 1996. They have two young children.  They are active members of Davis Island Baptist Church.

When faced with the decision to relocate for career reasons, they decided to stay in Tampa to open their own business. They were excited to learn about the Signs By Tomorrow franchise system, and decided to join the over 160 stores nationwide. Signs By Tomorrow in South Tampa officially opened their doors in early June of 2003.
