Keith Randall - Operations / Strategy
A former ISO 9000 lead auditor and six-sigma champion with over 20 years experience in operations, Keith has worked in a consultative and direct capacity for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and non-profits. Before founding Signs By Tomorrow he was senior vice president of operations for one of the region's leading financial institutions. He has a bachelor of university studies from the University of Utah. An avid runner, Keith has completed several marathons.
Diana Randall - Finance
Prior to co-founding Signs By Tomorrow Diana led organizations in health care and catering. She has a bachelor of science from the University of Utah.
Carol Stout - Customer Experience
Prior to joining Signs By Tomorrow as Customer Experience Manager, Carol founded two design businesses in Temecula's Old Town district. As a senior territory manager at Corporate Express she managed the rollout of major marketing initiative covering the southwestern United States. In her free time Carol likes to spend time with her family, off road and enjoys photography.
Erin Wilde - Graphic Design
Erin is a graduate of California State University Channel Islands, with a Bachelor's Degree in Art. Before joining the Signs By Tomorrow team, she gained design experience through other companies, as well as free-lance work. In her spare time, she enjoys sketching, writing, travel, and just spending time with family and friends. She may also, on occasion, be spotted in Little Tokyo, belting Broadway tunes karaoke-style.
Shauna "Shay" Haskins - Production
One of our longer-term employees Shay has worked in customer service, graphic design, production, and installation. Current focus is production where she takes the lead in printing and sign fabrication. She attended the Art Institute of Los Angeles studying Media Arts and Animation. Outside of work, she spends her time being an entertainment-a-holic, with family & friends, and catering weddings and events with her mother.
