[Annapolis, Maryland] January 1, 2012 – Effective January 1, 2012, the Signs By Tomorrow Annapolis signage and graphics center has a new owner, Jeff Potts, who brings more than ten years experience as a small business owner to the custom graphics company.
A former golf course designer, Potts has big plans to grow and expand his new business. “Signs By Tomorrow is an advertising company as much as it is a sign company. With multiple capabilities including custom interior graphics, vehicle graphics and wraps, it is my goal to make more people aware of these other services we offer,” says Potts.
Prior to purchasing the Signs By Tomorrow graphics and signage company of Annapolis, Potts spent 18 years in golf course design, working as a land developer, award-winning designer and construction project manager. After working throughout the U.S. and internationally, Potts says he wanted to become more a part of the local business community, and a Signs By Tomorrow custom graphics and signage center presented an opportunity that required a perfect blend of his design and management skills. “My extensive project management experience combined with the practical experience of my very talented Signs By Tomorrow team will allow us to successfully handle the marketing and visual communications needs of our clients," says Potts.
Most recently, Potts owned and operated Owings Mills-based Heritage Golf Design. Potts also worked as vice president and director of golf course design and construction for Landmark Land Company in Upper Marlboro where he developed golf courses throughout the U.S. as well as in Spain and the Caribbean.
Potts holds a B.A. degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado and currently resides in Calvert County, Maryland.
