In summary, serif fonts are recommended if you have a large body of text, while sans serif fonts are best for headings and small blocks of text such as captions. When it comes to sign design, we like sans serif fonts for bold, attention-grabbing signs such as coroplast yard signs, foamcore posters, and banners.
