Recently, Signs By Tomorrow of Omaha Central, NE had a walk-in customer who expressed their dissatisfaction with their current graphics and signage provider and asked Signs By Tomorrow for help with a rather large project. Kelly Eldridge, owner, realized the customer was in a jam and requested that our preferred provider go above and beyond for them. The vendor not only delivered a flawless product but delivered the product earlier than promised! The customer was so happy with the final product and the service they received, that they’ve already set up a meeting for Kelly and her husband to pitch their signage solutions to all of their local project managers, within the next month.
Since Kelly worked with her vendor, with the both of them going the extra mile to give a WOW customer experience, this frustrated client has turned into a valuable, long term customer. The moral of this story is no matter the client, a consistent excellent customer experience and going that extra mile will ensure any small business will stand out from the competition.
