The SBT team is great! We are very happy with the final product and the team member who came out to do the install was very friendly and did an amazing job (I'm blanking on his name right now). There was some slight communication issues, and confusion as to who the main point of contact was for this project. Emails about this project kept getting sent to the wrong gal on our team, even though I was the one to initiate this project and was the only one who sent emails to you. This was eventually corrected towards the end of the project after I requested your main point of contact for us to be updated. Overall, this was good experience, and we will most likely use your team again for our next project!
