Signs By Tomorrow Arlington Heights is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our signs and
graphics team. This role focuses on creating accurate, production-ready designs while working
closely with sales, production, and installation.
What You’ll Do
- Create, proof, and execute quick-turn production-ready layouts and revisions based on
client direction and brand standards
- Prepare efficient, production-ready layout files for print, cut, and installation
- Design with production and installation in mind
- Manage color accuracy using Pantone and brand guidelines
- Communicate clearly with team members about project status
- Track time and meet project deadlines
- Handle permit drawings, internal projects, and marketing projects
- Schedule social media posts and website content updates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (sign or print experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Values creativity in problem-solving, efficiency, and execution, rather than conceptual or
campaign-based design.
- Clear communicator who takes ownership of their work
- Team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
