I was happy with the overall customer service responses- however- I would suggest offering a lead time appraisal on projects at the initial quote or deposit- The "name" of the company is a bit misleading. I understand that there are busy times of the year, however, I was disappointed with turn-around time and missed our last game, for which I ordered the photo cut-outs for.
