With over six decades of combined experience in the sign and graphics industry, the Signs By Tomorrow team has the experience necessary to help you achieve your visual communication goals. Achieving “Creative Solutions for Client Success" is the VOICE that drives our team. Our focus is your success; and creating solutions to help you achieve that success.
Keith Randall - Operations / Strategy email
A former Six-Sigma Champion and ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, Keith has over 30 years’ experience in business development and operations management. He has worked in leadership or consultative capacities for startup, Fortune 500, and non-profit organizations. Prior to founding Temecula Valley-based Signs By Tomorrow, he was Senior Vice President of Operations for the region's leading financial institution and Vice President of Operations for a Bay Area internet startup. Keith has a Bachelor of University Studies from the University of Utah with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior. Experience using a hot wax roller to apply “clip art” and typesetting to galleys while publishing a newspaper during his college years led to his eventual fascination with sign industry technologies.
An avid runner, Keith has competed in over a dozen marathons in the past decade.
Diana Randall - Finance / Administration email
Prior to co-founding Signs By Tomorrow Diana led organizations in health care and catering. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah.
Among her responsibilities are payroll, restocking the employee lunch area, and ensuring that birthdays are remembered and celebrated with treats. This makes her a popular member of our team.
Veronica Meza - Client Services Manager email
Due to her strong background in customer service, Veronica was added to the SBT team to ensure that our clients were greeted by a welcoming smile and consistently received great service. She had other ideas. Veronica runs the place. Our longest-term employee, she has added graphic design, printing and fabrication, workflow management, quality assurance and purchasing to her capabilities. Her dedication shines through when one of those last-minute emergencies occurs because Veronica remains the one staying late to ensure that it’s resolved.
Veronica enjoys hiking, but much of her free-time satisfaction involves volunteering at a retirement home or animal shelter.
Brandon Brown - Production Supervisor / Lead Graphic Designer email
Producing “Signs that Work, When You Need Them” is Brandon’s focus. He strives to ensure that our designs are clear and compelling; to create an attractive composition not typically expected on something as mundane as a sign. Brandon’s goal is to “hear a client say 'Wow' when they pick up their order." This enthusiasm led to a job offer during his first interview – something that never happens at SBT. That his love of the craft and formal training from The Art Institute of California prepared him for graphics design didn’t hurt either.
During his free time he runs Level Zero, longboards, plays bass guitar, and spends time with the love of his life whom he recently married.
Lisa LeBlanc - Business Development email
While on a consulting assignment for a Seattle tech company, the curiosity of one of our founders was piqued by a nearby sign business which caused him to stop in and take a look. By the end of that visit he was enthralled with wide-format printing and the owners had convinced him to go into the sign business. Things came full circle recently when we were able to convince one of those owners to join our team. (Yes – it was Lisa.) Since that fateful visit Lisa completed the successful turnaround of that previously failing Seattle operation, and also built a fast growing, extremely successful enterprise in the Houston area. That experience remains invaluable as Lisa uses her 16+ years of experience in the signage industry to seek out opportunities that keep our company growing.
Lisa received her BA in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton and enjoys traveling and wine tasting. She is also an avid scuba diver with over 200 dives, mainly in the Caribbean.
Dave Funston - Graphic Design, Production, Installation email
Dave has over 20 years’ experience in graphic, architectural, and gift design, and attended Clemson University's College of Architecture. Designing and producing signage while leading our installation projects provides Dave the creative satisfaction of seeing projects from conception, to production and installation.
An athlete, Dave was a member of Clemson’s track & field team and is also a Class "A" member of the PGA of America having worked as a Club Professional and playing various professional golf tours. He still loves golf, but his greatest joy is spending time with his identical twin grand-daughters.
Jason Polaski – Vehicle Wraps / Wall Graphics
Graphics companies with the experience and equipment required to print and fabricate professional looking vehicle graphics may not be the norm, but with a little effort they can be found. The real challenge to getting a great wrap is finding a company with professional installers who have the ability and commitment necessary to achieve the “painted-on” look that most clients want.
After years of searching, and trying some very promising candidates, SBT was fortunate to have Jason join our team in 2014. His work speaks for itself.
Bailey Morris – Intern email
A marketing major at Arizona State University, Bailey takes charge of the important items that the rest of us can’t seem to find the time to complete. While searching for someone to fill this position we thought the best fit would be someone named Cinderella. Bailey was glad to fill that role, but as the result of her great attitude and ability to adapt to any task, her responsibilities have grown to also include printing and fabrication, updating our website, and expanding our social media presence. We have not yet figured out how to use her fluency with American Sign Language when she answers the phone but hope her marketing studies leave time for an Adobe Illustrator class.
Bailey enjoys watching hockey fights and listening to hard rock as these activities help overcome the melancholic feeling that comes from her time watching old films and dreaming of early 19th century Romanticism art while lounging at the beach.
