SBT where great from the first call! I received excellent customer service with the staff over the phone who were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone was on the "same page" as I spoke to a couple different people, each of them exceeding my expectations. There was excellent communication regarding my vision and bringing it to realization. We discussed details over the phone and a proof was sent over for approval. My experience was to confirm color and proper image as well as using a Vector file for the best conversion of our company logo. On our glass entry door we used white lettering. White lettering was perfect for clear/legible - our name and important information along with our logo in color was easy to read. The turnaround time was very quick form my initial call to installation time. When I arrive to work the installation was already completed and the installation was seamless. Everything was aligned perfectly, the letters were easy to read. We did have to redo the logo, but that was due to miscommunication, which was immediately remedy with no problems. SBT was professional, fast, and did an amazing job. I will be using them for all of our signage/letter/logo printing needs
