The Foundation — Steve & Rose Mary Cunic, Owners

Steve Cunic built his career in industrial manufacturing operations and quality control, most notably in ductile iron pipe manufacturing. One of the most demanding quality and safety environments in American industry. His philosophy is simple: every product that leaves this shop meets a standard, not just a deadline. That mindset defines how we approach every environmental graphic installation, every ADA compliant wayfinding system, and every corporate identity program we fabricate and install.

When we build a manufacturing visual communication program for an industrial facility, we understand the environment it will live in. When we install an ADA wayfinding system in a hospital or institutional building, we understand what compliance, safety, and precision actually mean. That knowledge comes from Steve's decades on the manufacturing floor and his uncompromising commitment to quality control.

Rose Mary Cunic spent decades in healthcare customer service. Her influence is felt in every client interaction we have. We do not just respond to requests. We anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and treat every corporate interior graphics project, every fine art printing installation, and every facility signage program as if our reputation depends on it. Together Steve and Rose Mary built a studio where quality control is not a department. It is a culture. Stephen Cunic — Creative Director & Commercial Photographer

Stephen is the creative force behind Signs By Tomorrow Allentown and one of the most uniquely credentialed environmental graphics designers and commercial photographers in Pennsylvania.

A Penn State graduate with a deep background in business strategy, advertising, and visual communication, Stephen has delivered innovative signage and environmental graphic solutions for major regional corporations including Crayola, where his work directly improved manufacturing productivity and facility visual communication. He combines a marketer's understanding of message retention with a designer's mastery of architectural space, brand identity, and experiential graphic design.

Stephen leads every corporate interior graphics project, every healthcare environmental graphics installation, and every architectural ADA wayfinding program with the same philosophy his father instilled: precision, quality, and a genuine commitment to solving the client's problem rather than simply filling an order.

What sets Stephen apart is what most sign companies in Pennsylvania simply cannot offer. He is a nationally recognized, award-winning, and published commercial photographer. Coby — Production Coordinator & Designer

Coby brings a rare combination of fine arts training and production precision to every environmental graphics, dimensional signage, and specialty printing project that comes through our studio.

Educated in Fine Arts at Kutztown University with additional studies in business, Coby has developed an exceptional ability to work with the most demanding materials and complex fabrication challenges in the commercial signage and environmental graphics industry. Where other shops outsource difficult work or compromise on material handling, Coby's craftsmanship ensures that every UV-printed wall mural, every custom substrate specialty print, every ADA compliant sign, and every dimensional lobby sign that leaves our facility is exactly what was designed.
